You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement within 3 days from the date you receive the products and provided that their individual packaging has not been opened.
Before returning products you should inform us by calling at 26510-58080 or contact us via e-mail nik.meliggiotis@gmail.com explaining the reason you wish to return the products.
Product returns are accepted only in the following cases:
a) when with proven fault of “Melingiotis Fournoglykismata” were sold wrong products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, damaged during transportation, etc.), and
b) when there is a problem/actual defect in the product (quality).
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition. The product should not have been used.
The returned product must be accompanied by a Consignment Note.
In case they are not returned within 3 days then “Melingiotis Fournoglykismata” may not accept any return and replacement.
Before each return it is recommended to consult with the company “Melingiotis Fournoglykismata” by phone at 26510-58080 or by email to the nik.meliggiotis@gmail.com.
The return of the product must be done through a courier company (with the customer’s charge – otherwise it will not be accepted). Also, returns via post, shipping, KTEL, etc. are not accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATION
• You have the right to cancel the order upon delivery and only in case the order is wrong.
• If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can call 26510-58080 and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order
• After receiving the product, call us at 26510-58080 or contact us via e-mail nik.meliggiotis@gmail.co m explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you directly and inform you about all your options.
